​​I’m from New Zealand, and found myself falling in love with Collaton while supply teaching, when I then had the opportunity to apply for a vacancy that came up. Both the staff and children are amazing, I am so happy to be a part of the Collaton family. I have lived in the UK since late 2021, moving over with my husband and two children. We have thoroughly enjoyed our time here so far, both travelling within the UK and Europe. As a teacher I am a staunch advocate for building relationships with students, and their families. Creating a community of learning where we all feel valued and supported in our learning journey. I love teaching KS2, and providing engaging lessons to enhance our learning. Outside of teaching I love the coast, the ocean always feels like home. I enjoy reading and exploring new places, whether they are destinations or food.
